Thank you for your interest in BGD Studio Shop. The hereby document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated. Terms and conditions apply, on the one hand, to BGD Studio, sole proprietorship on the other, to the person/s whom acquire through our website any product.

BGD Studio reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

The Order
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, BGD Studio will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the email method, for the time being. Once the PayPal purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

BGD Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

Prices & Payment
All prices indicated in this website are in Canadian dollars and does not include 13% HST.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order after address calculation, depending on item and delivery location. You can read more about our shipping costs here.

If your purchase is requested via email, a secure PayPal invoice will be sent and must be paid exclusively in Canadian dollars and using PayPal system or banking e-transfer if made within Canada.
